RN-BS Program

Acceptance Criteria

• Overall undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
• Licensed Professional Registered Nurse
• At least part-time RN employment
• Completion of statistics prerequisite with grade of "C" or better prior to May start date

Application Procedure

Summer admission is granted on a space available basis to applicants who meet the admission criteria. Transfer applicants complete two applications while admission to the university does not guarantee admission to the RN-BS program:

Additional School of Nursing RN-BS Program Requirements

• Basic Life Support (BLS) for the Health Care Provider Certification
• The UB Health Background Form for Health Professions’ students
