National Council Licensure Examination NCLEX-RN

The UB School of Nursing NCLEX pass rate for 2015 is 89.4%.

Taking the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN) is a capstone experience for undergraduate students completing a bachelor degree in nursing. Passing the exam demonstrates competence and enables students to launch their professional nursing career. NCLEX examinations are developed by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN). NCSBN administers these examinations on behalf of its member boards which consist of the boards of nursing in the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and four U.S. territories.  Updated information on the NCLEX examination is posted on the NCSBN Website: www.ncsbn.org.
