The School of Nursing is celebrating its Seventy-Second Annual Commencement on Saturday, May 12, 2012 at 9:00 am in the Alumni Arena on the North Campus.  Interim Provost Bruce McCombe will confer degrees for 190 students which includes 4 Doctoral, 54 Master’s degrees, and 132 Baccalaureate Degrees.  Dean Marsha Lewis will present awards to graduating students for the Shirley D. DeVoe Nursing Award for Excellence in Communication, Dr. S. Mouchly Small Award, Sigma Theta Tau, Gamma Kappa Chapter Award, Ruth Gale Elder Award for Excellence in Nursing Research, Ruth T. McGrorey Award for Excellence in Nursing and the Anne Walker Sengbusch Award for Leadership in School of Community Activities.
