
Clinical Nurse Specialists (CNSs) are advanced practice nurses prepared at the graduate level. CNSs provide clinical nursing expertise to a defined specialty population.
In response to the increased need for CNSs, the University at Buffalo School of Nursing is offering 3 CNS Graduate Programs in Acute/Critical Care, Adult Medical-Surgical, and Geriatrics. These programs are designed to provide a strong foundation insuch core competency roles as clinical expert, education, researcher and consultant.
