Technology Foundations

The technology foundations for students are divided into six broad categories. Expectations within each category are introduced, reinforced, and mastered by UB students. Teachers at UB use these expectations and profiles as guidelines for planning technology-based activities in which students achieve success in learning, communication, and life skills.

As a member of the UB community, computers and information technology will be two of your greatest assets. And whether you're pursuing academic excellence as a student or encouraging it in the classroom as a faculty member -- you'll discover that UB is looking after your IT needs and helping you to stay safer and more secure thanks to the iconnect@UB program.

Established as a trusted leader in technology integration, the University at Buffalo takes great pride in our iconnect@UB program which provides students and faculty with access to a host of computer resources and support services. Our goal is to ensure that the UB computing environment always operates effectively and efficiently from the first click.
