The University at Buffalo and Alfred State College are partnering to offer students the opportunity to earn a DNP in Adult/Gerontology Primary Care. The program will be offered in a distance format, allowing them to stay in the Alfred area while preparing to become exceptional nurse leaders and advanced practice clinicians. Students will receive high-quality distance education provided through the University at Buffalo and hands-on clinical education from Alfred State College.
Through this inaugural partnership, we will help address the national shortage of baccalaureate-prepared registered nurses and advanced practice nurses, especially in rural and medically underserved areas.
