In an article recently published by WalletHub, Associate Professor Deborah Raines discusses the future of the nursing industry.
Raines, whose areas of research include innovative educational strategies and program evaluation and workforce development, offered her insights in 2016’s "Best & Worst States for Nurses." WalletHub analysists evaluated the nursing industry in 50 states across 14 metrics that "collectively speak to the nursing-job opportunities in each market" and that fall into two categories: "Opportunity & Competition" and "Work Environment."
