Currently my $1.4 million HRSA grant entitled, “Maximizing capacity to educate future PhD nurse faculty” is in its final year.  Thus far we have built the infrastructure and transitioned our PhD program to distance learning format. The School of Nursing currently has 12 students progressing successfully in the program and is enrolling an additional six students this coming fall.
