The reputation of UB speaks for itself, and I wanted to put myself in one of the highest academic institutions to prepare myself for my career. 

I am interested in the CRNA track because while working in the ICU, I see how anesthesia, intubation and high risk drugs can affect a patient. I have been shadowing CRNAs to get a better understanding of the career.

I plan to earn my CCRN and become a CRNA. 

This scholarship will help with tuition costs and books. This will alleviate a great deal of pressure and enables me to focus on achieving my goals.

CRNA is a growing field within nursing, and I'm excited to see where it goes. I would like to do research and bring evidence-based recommendations to help further the speciality.
