Why I Chose UB

I chose to pursue my doctorate at the University at Buffalo because of its strong reputation for excellence in nursing research and its commitment to advancing the discipline through innovation and scholarship.

As an alumna of the university, I have firsthand experience with the high-quality education, mentorship, and academic rigor that the program provides. Returning to UB for my doctoral studies felt like a natural choice, as it not only offers a supportive and research-driven environment but also allows me to build upon the professional and academic foundation I established there as an undergraduate student.
