• Current UB students: Verify enrollment for health insurance through the National Student Clearinghouse Enrollment Verification form.
• For employers: UB degree and enrollment verifications can be obtained through the Office of the Registrar. Further questions regarding verifications can be emailed to nursing@buffalo.edu.
