Next Steps

1. Review welcome email and video

The email with subject line “UB Nursing - Welcome!” contains information for the summer. Be sure to review the Nursing Program Overview video linked in that email. You will learn about the required nursing classes and more about the traditional program.

Tip: You can watch the video on 2x speed.

2. Remove all holds

Before you are registered, you must remove your holds. Read more about immunization requirements and how to remove profile information and financial agreement holds.

3. Look for a partial schedule email.

You will be registered within 10 business days of holds being removed. You will receive an email titled “UB Nursing - Partial First-Year Schedule” after you are registered. You will still need to register yourself for a UB Seminar.

Tip: Watch the video explaining your schedule (included in the email).

4. Attend orientation

Attend orientation in July! Orientation is a great way to meet others and see the campus.

Tip: You will have the opportunity to speak with a member of your nursing success team.
