Stephanie Comer

I think that the mentorship program will make my transition from nursing school to being a nurse smoother. I will gain insight into what it means to be a black person in health care and what obstacles I may face with administration and patients and how to overcome them. I think that the mentorship program will help me to prevent encountering these obstacles and might even put me further than my peers.
